Description : WEATHER GOLD Exterior Emulsion is a water-based 100% acrylic, exterior wall finish. A high performance, long-lasting exterior paint specially formulated to withstand extreme tropical conditions of high rainfall, humidity and heat, WEATHER GOLD provides excellent resistance against the growth of algae and fungi on the walls. It offers excellent protection against alkali and UV degradation too.
Thinning : Water
Uses : WEATHER GOLD Exterior Emulsion is an exterior wall finish that can be applied on various types of exterior cement plasters, exterior ceilings, asbestos sheets, concrete etc. Product cannot be applied on surfaces/substrates that are subjected to continuous seepage and dampness.
Application : Cleaning: Ensure that the surface to be painted is free from any loose paint, dust or grease. Any previous growth of fungus, algae or moss needs to be removed thoroughly by vigorous wire brushing and cleaning with water. Filling: Application of any kind of putty is not recommended. Surface imperfections such as holes, dents, cracks are to be filled only by using mixture of white cement & fine sand (in the ratio of 1:3).
Covering Capacity : On normal masonry surface by brushing: 1 coat: 10.5 - 11.5 sq mtr/ltr 2 coats: 5.5 - 6 sq mtr/ltr
Drying Time : Surface Dry time ~ 30 minutes
Color Range : Thousands of colors as per our Shade Card
Packing : 1 ltr, 4 ltr, 10 ltr, 20 ltr
Shelf Life : 3 years from date of manufacture in original tightly closed containers away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Stability of Thin Paint - Use within 24 hrs.
Flash Point : Weathergold is a water based paint which is not flammable.
Directions of Use : For the best performance of the paint, ensure proper washing and cleaning of all algal and fungal growth at regular intervals of six months.
